Management team

The group executive management is responsible for the daily management and the operations of the Company.

Jogeir Romestrand (born 1961), President and CEO, ODIM ASA.
He is educated as machine engineer from Møre and Romsdal Ingeniørhøyskole in 1983 and within business. He has worked in ODIM since 1985 where he has headed ODIM’s market and sales force. He was one of the 4 persons in the management of ODIM who conducted a management buyout of ODIM Holding in 1995. Romestrand is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ulsteinvik, Norway.

Arild Hatløy (born 1961), Chief financial officer, ODIM ASA.
Hatløy is educated within economics, administration and auditing from Molde Distriktshøyskole in 1982. Hatløy has worked in ODIM since 1992 as finance manager and director. He also holds experience from Aker Exclay as controller and as financial director in Leca Portugal Ltd. He has also previously worked in the auditing firm Ernst & Young. Hatløy is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Haddal, Norway.

Kjetil Leine (born 1964), Chief Operating Officer, ODIM ASA
Leine graduated from NTH (Trondheim, Norway) with an Msc in Naval Architecture. He went on to work for the Ulstein Group and then overseas for Goltens and Rolls-Royce. His vast international exposure which has spanned almost two decades, has seen him head teams as Vice President of Rolls-Royce Marine Asia Pacific across China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia, India and the Middle East. He joined ODIM in July of 2007 and currently resides in Alesund, Norway.

Andrew Roy (born 1957), Senior vice president Naval, Oceanographic & Power, President, ODIM Inc.
He took a BCom at Carleton University in Ottawa in 1981. With the company since 1994 as marketing director, he became managing director in 1998. Roy also has experience as marketing director of Fathom Oceanology and Indal Technologies Inc.

Torgeir Haugan (born 1968), Senior vice president Offshore Service Vessels, President, ODIM AS.
He has a BSc in marine engineering from Ålesund University College, Norway, and an MBA from Heriott-Watt University in the UK. Haugan held various positions with Rolls-Royce in 1994–2000, and was sales manager at Rolls–Royce Marine Inc from 2000–04, based in Houston, Texas, and served from 2004 until joining ODIM in January 2007 as vice president for Rolls-Royce Marine Canada Ltd. Also worked for Farstad Shipping 1991–94.

Håvard Haanes (born 1963), Senior vice president business development ODIM ASA.
He is educated as civil engineer within marinetechnology from NTH in 1986. Haanes has previously been sales engineer in ODIM in the period 1997-1999. From 2001 he has managed the operations in the seismic business segment. He also holds experience from Stadt Automasjon as managing director in addition to ABB Composites and Dyno Industrier. Haanes is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ulsteinvik, Norway.

Per Ingeberg (born 1958), Senior vice president research and development ODIM CTCU™, President ODIM Alitec AS.
Ingeberg is educated as a building technician with MRTF in 1986. Ingeberg has worked in ODIM since 1998 as sales engineer and later as sales director of the cable laying department. From 2003 he has been the managing director of ODIM Alitec. Ingeberg also holds experience from OTS AS as sales and marketing director, from anchor systems and floating installations. Ingeberg is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ulsteinvik, Norway.

Øyvind Michael Olsen (born 1968), Senior vice president communications.
He studied communications and management at Ålesund, Lillehammer and Volda. Olsen has been with ODIM ASA since October 2006, and has a background from branding and public relations in the Ulstein Group in 1995–2006. He was public relations manager for this group in 1999–2006.
