The group executive management is responsible for the daily management and the operations of the Company.
Arild Hatløy (born 1961), CFO and acting CEO, ODIM ASA
Hatløy is educated within economics, administration and auditing from Molde Distriktshøyskole in 1982. Hatløy has worked in ODIM since 1992 as finance manager and director. He also holds experience from Aker Exclay as controller and as financial director in Leca Portugal Ltd. He has also previously worked in the auditing firm Ernst & Young. Hatløy is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Haddal, Norway.
Torgeir Haugan (born 1968), Senior Vice President Global Operations, ODIM ASA
He has a BSc in marine engineering from Ålesund University College, Norway, and an MBA from Heriott-Watt University in the UK. Haugan held various positions with Rolls-Royce in 1994–2000, and was sales manager at Rolls–Royce Marine Inc from 2000–04, based in Houston, Texas, and served from 2004 until joining ODIM in January 2007 as vice president for Rolls-Royce Marine Canada Ltd. Also worked for Farstad Shipping 1991–94.
Andrew Roy (born 1957), Senior Vice President Naval & Power, President, ODIM Inc
He took a BCom at Carleton University in Ottawa in 1981. With the company since 1994 as Marketing Director, he became Managing Director in 1998. Roy also has experience as Marketing Director of Fathom Oceanology and Indal Technologies Inc.
Bjørn Roger Andersen (born 1960), Senior Vice President Global After Sales & Service, ODIM ASA
Mr. Andersen is educated as a Mechanical Engineer from Buskerud University College in Drammen. He also graduated as a Business economist in 1992 from the Bedriftslederskolen in Ålesund. Andersen started in the former Ulstein group in 1996 as Sales Engineer. His last position in Rolls-Royce was as Vice President Marine Services Propulsion, Automation & Controls. The responsibility in his previous position included, in addition to a worldwide responsibility for the above mentioned products, sites in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the UK. He has more than ten years international exposure based on his world wide After Sales product responsibility within Rolls-Royce.He was also a member of the Regional Review Boards for Americas within Rolls-Royce in 2005-2006. Andersen started in ODIM June 2008, is a Norwegian citizen and resides at Eggesbønes, Norway.
Håvard Haanes (born 1963), Senior Vice President Business Development & Chief of staff ODIM ASA
He is educated as civil engineer within marinetechnology from NTH in 1986. Haanes has previously been sales engineer in ODIM in the period 1997-1999. From 2001 he has managed the operations in the seismic business segment. He also holds experience from Stadt Automasjon as managing director in addition to ABB Composites and Dyno Industrier. Haanes is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ulsteinvik, Norway.
Idar Hatløy (born 1961), Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, ODIM ASA
Hatløy is educated as an Electrical Engineer from Gjøvik Ingeniør Høyskole in 1987. He worked at this Høyskole/University College for seven years upon graduation. Hatløy then worked as an Observer in PGS from 1993-1995 and he started in ODIM in 1995 as a Project Engineer within electro. He has worked with sales in ODIM since 1997. Hatløy is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ulsteinvik, Norway.
