Bjarte Bruheim (born 1955), Chairman of the Board .
Mr Bruheim is educated as civil engineer within physical electronics from NTH in 1981. He has previously been the Operation Manager in GECO, Europe, Africa and the Far East (1981-1985), Vice President of Schlumberger Geco-Prakla North & South America Marineseismic Operations (1986-1991). Mr. Bruheim was one of the founders of PGS and has been the President in PGS US (1991-1993) and President & Chief Operating Officer in PGS (1993- 2001) and board member in Spinnaker Exploration (1997-2001). Bruheim is a Norwegian citizen and lives in Houston, USA.
 

Njål Sævik (born 1970), Board member.
Mr Sævik is the managing director of the listed supply company Havila Shipping ASA. He is educated as captain and within administration and management from the Ålesund College in 1994. His previous experience is from offshore related business since 1986, first as seaman thereafter in various administrative positions. Mr. Sævik is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Fosnavåg, Norway.
 

Ellen Olsen, (born 1962), Board member.
Ms Olsen is employed in Statoil Harstad as Chief Engineer underwater production systems. She is educated from NTNU, marine technical department, and holds extensive experience within deep water operations and underwater production systems from Stolt Offshore and FMC Kongsberg Subsea. Olsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Harstad, Norway.
 

Kristin Krohn Devold (born 1961), Board member.
Ms Krohn Devold is from Ålesund in western Norway and has an MSc in business economics. She works today as secretary-general of the Norwegian Mountain Touring Association (DNT).A member of the Storting (parliament) for 12 years, Ms Krohn Devold served on a number of its standing committees. She was minister of defence in the non-socialist coalition government which left office last autumn.
 

Nils Are Karstad Lysø (born 1968), Board member.
Mr Karstad Lysø is Senior Vice President in Aker ASA. Lysø is also president of Aker Capital. Lysø has also been partner in the consulting company McKinsey & Company.

 

Karl Fredrik Sandvik (born 1960), Board member (employee representative).
Mr Sandvik has an MSc in Machine Design from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim, Norway and has worked in ODIM since 1997 as Section Manager Offshore, Engineering Manager and since May 2007 as Applications Manager for the subsea department. Sandvik is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Hareid, Norway.
 

Øyvind Bunes (born 1972), Board member (employee representative).
Mr Bunes has an MSc in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Bunes has worked in ODIM since 2002 as Design Manager – Hydraulics. He also holds experience from MARINTEK as Research Engineer. Bunes is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Bjørkavåg, Norway.
 

Harald Johnsen, (born 1951), Board member (employee representative).
Mr Johnsen is educated as a Marine Mechanic and has previously worked for Rolls-Royce Marine and Hydrakraft. He is now working as a Mechanic in ODIM AS. Johnsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Hareid, Norway.
