Njål Sævik (born 1970), Chair of the board.
Mr Sævik is the managing director of the listed supply company Havila Shipping ASA. He is educated as captain and within administration and management from the Ålesund College in 1994. His previous experience is from offshore related business since 1986, first as seaman thereafter in various administrative positions. Mr. Sævik is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Fosnavåg, Norway.
Øyvind Bunes (born 1972), Director (elected by the employees). 
Mr Bunes has an MSc in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and
Technology.
Bunes has worked in ODIM since 2002 as Design Manager – Hydraulics.
He also holds experience from MARINTEK as Research Engineer.
Bunes is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Bjørkavåg, Norway.
Kristin Krohn Devold (born 1961), Deputy chair of the board.
Ms Krohn Devold is from Ålesund in western Norway and has an MSc in business economics. She works today as secretary-general of the Norwegian Mountain Touring Association (DNT).A member of the Storting (parliament) for 12 years, Ms Krohn Devold served on a number of its standing committees. She was minister of defence in the non-socialist coalition government which left office last autumn. Devold is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen (born 1970), Director.
Ms Herlofsen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from NHH(Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration). She works as an independent consultant and professional board member. Herlofsen was the Director Business Development Division and a member of the management team in BW Gas ASA from 2005 to 2009 and held various leading positions in the same company from 1999. Herlofsen also has experience from the corporate finance department of Enskilda Securities in Oslo and London. She has broad experience as board member and is currently member of the boards of Cermaq ASA, Noreco ASA, T.Klaveness and Master Marine ASA. Rebekka Herlofsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Jo - Helge Dimmen (born 1968), Director (elected by the employees).
Mr Dimmen is educated as an Industrial Mechanic and has previously worked for the Ulstein Group. He is now working as a Senior Supervisor, Production in ODIM AS. Dimmen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ulsteinvik , Norway.
Aasulv Tveitereid , Director.
Tvetereid is educated at NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration). He was until 2008 working as oil & offshore analyst in SEB Enskilda. Currently he is owner of an investment company, AAT Invest AS, in which he also works. Tveiterid is currently also board member in Noreco ASA. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Hege Sjo, Director
Hege Sjo (born 1968) is senior advisor for Hermes Fund Management Ltd, one of the City of London’s largest pensions managers. She has previously been responsible for the shareholder engagement programs in Continental Europe. Prior to this role she worked in corporate consulting in Norway. She has held executive positions at the Oslo Børs including the roles of Markets Director and Chief Financial Officer. Sjo currently holds board positions in Det norske Oljeselskap ASA where she chairs the audit committee and in Polarcus Ltd where she is the chair of the corporate governance committee. She holds a business degree from Stirling University, Scotland and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (høyere avd.) from the Norwegian School of Economics. Mrs Sjo (41) resides in London.
Sveinulf Øydne, Director (elected by the employees).
Mr Øydne has an MSc in mechanical engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Øydne has worked with ODIM JMC (former JMC) since 2000 as technical project manager and project manager. He also holds experience from Sylinderteknikk as sales engineer hydraulics. Øydne is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Sandnes, Norway.
